The 2026 A&M season started fairly well at 2-0, but has sunk into mediocrity (2-2) with sickening losses against Kentucky and LSU. Tomorrow, the Arkansas hogs will visit Kyle Field as a 13 1/2 point visiting underdog. and College Football News has predicted A&M will win at home and cover the spread with a 34-20 victory. Losing to the hogs at home is one of those unacceptable SEC outcomes, so here's hoping Marcel Reed is ready to shine as a successful quarterback.
Updated 10:16 AM Sunday: The first half was mostly typical A&M vs Arkansas football. The Aggies scored on a long (57-yard) field goal late in the second quarter and led 24-7 at halftime. A&M was playing better against the hogs than they had played against Kentucky and LSU, and won the game 34-7. Wins over the hogs are seldom sensational, but they sure beat losing.
