The adoring attitudes of conservative evangelical Christians toward the Donny Turnip (sic) regime have convinced me that organized religion isn't for me anymore. I've been moving in that direction since religious fanatics started working overtime to eliminate separation of church and state in the 1980's.
Finally, an elected Republican politician goes on the record about the shit circus in the White House. Maybe Sen. Jeff Flake will be the first of many (or at least some).
If the pussydent (sic) is seriously declaring war on the Republicans in the Senate, it could result in keeping Robert Mueller out of Turnip's reach and locked in as permanent investigator of high crimes and misdemeanors he's already digging into.
