Republicans say that since Obama has been president for nearly a year, he owns every crisis and should stop blaming stuff on W. This seems reasonable until you consider that Republicans are still blaming Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton for every problem imaginable, and they didn't fuck things up as badly in three combined terms as W and Cheney did in two --- and have been out of office much longer.
