Football 2012: Week Eleven

College Football News predicts the Crimson Tide will roll over the Aggies 34-17.

Alabama is expected to accomplish something nobody else has done this season: achieve a double-digit margin of victory against A&M. The betting line is Alabama minus 13.5 points.

Added 4:16 PM Saturday: At the half, the Aggies lead 20-14. This looks like a movie I've seen before. The Aggies scored three TDs in the first quarter, but missed the PAT on the third one to lead 20-0. Alabama won the second quarter 14-0. The Aggies got one TD after an Alabama turnover, but later turned the ball over themselves on a 4th down play that came up short. That set up an Alabama TD. Scores off turnovers are a wash. The Aggies couldn't preserve their early leads against Florida and LSU. Will this be their breakthrough SEC game?

Added 5:22 PM: The 4th quarter is just underway, and A&M added a FG to lead 23-17. So far in the second half, it's a 3-3 defensive struggle. Penalties have slowed the Aggies down.

Added 6:39 PM: Final score 29-24 in favor of A&M. Finally, the Aggies have a signature SEC win, and a shot at 10-2 if they can beat Missouri.
