Sick ? Tough.

The three-day Supreme Court hearings on the Affordable Care Act, more commonly known to radio listeners as Obamacare, are the latest charade among many since the 2000 presidential election. Justice Roberts could have announced during the first 15 minutes that since there were still five radical conservative judicial activitists seated in the chamber, there was no point wasting time listening to a lot of boring arguments. For at least a dozen years, the Supreme Court has been the epitome of predictability, and everyone who was happy to see the health care reform bill passed should be preparing for a huge letdown.
