The Dump claims that his popularity in Pennsylvania is so awesome, he can't possibly lose there in November unless Hillary sends out her secret regiments of illegal aliens to vote five or ten times each. Or something like that. Anyway, he's calling on law enforcement officials and his own brigade of volunteers to patrol the polls and prevent any misbehavior by election-rigging cheaters.
