It's been a long time since I added anything to Hot Water Sandwich, and she was beginning to pout and feel neglected. She was my first sweetheart, after all. So she'll know I still love her, I'm bringing the photograph above forward from our dusty old archives. The news today is that Barry is virtually signed, sealed and delivered as the Dem nominee. What will happen to Mrs. C, nobody seems to know. The guess here is that she'll not fade softly into the twilight. Nothing has happened to change my prediction, made at the outset, that Top Gun will win the election. With that in mind, I want the image of that old fart blissfully groping Willie Wanker branded into my consciousness for the next 6-8 months. That should keep me sufficiently pissed off that I'll have the strength to keep up all critical blog responsibilities. With luck, we'll see this picture in a variety of media venues as the campaign progresses. If that doesn't motivate some Dem voters, nothing will.
