The Sunday morning rumor on the Internet is that Donnie Trump will officially announce that if he can't run in 2016 as the GOP nominee, he won't be running at all. That's no surprise, because I've doubted all along that he'd spend billions of his own dollars in a losing effort. Why pour a fortune down a rat hole just to become a conservative version of Ralph Nader?
